Standard Shipping NZ


$5 shipping fee applied to order under 2kg. It takes between 1-3 days to you once the product arrives. Rural addresses may take an extra 1-2 days to you once the product arrives. Free Shipping over $50.

Standard Shipping Australia


$10 shipping fee applies to AU untracked orders under 0.5kg. $15 shipping fee applies to AU untracked orders between 0.5-1kg. $ 20 shipping fee applies to AU untracked orders between 1.1-1.5kg. $25 shipping fee applies to AU untracked orders between 1.51-2kg. Generally takes between 3-7days to arrive.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us at info@chapterbag.com immediately! We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time gap to correct/change the address of your order and cannot guarantee the change. If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect address the courier may not accept an address change.  If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees may be applied.

 

Returns


We will only accept exchange or refund for full priced items where the product is in it's original condition and with all original tags attached. 

Please email us at info@chapterbag.com with your order confirmation number, details of the item being returned and how you would like us to action. You must lodge a return within 30 days of delivery. Return courier is at the expense of the customer. The original invoice must be returned with the product to act as proof of purchase.

We are happy to replace or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’.

  

Cancel / Order Changes

What if I need to cancel or change my order?


Our team process and pack orders quickly to ensure your item is out for delivery the same day, or next working day. We will do our best to change your order if you email in immediately, although it is not guaranteed that we will be able to change it in time. Double check your order, and your delivery details.
